My involvement with this project included UX/UI design and project management. The team coordinated with nearly every internal team as well as outside vendors. I employed a variety of tools to help keep everyone on the same page with our team's progress and goals.

Since launch, we've continued to create incremental improvements by employing UX methodologies including comparative analysis, analytics research, and user feedback. The latest improvements include a front-end refactor that integrates a design system.
